We offer web hosting services which include shared, VPS, managed and unmanaged dedicated servers, white label reseller and Windows and Linux hosting.
What unique selling points do you offer?
We base our services in Canada from how you are billed to the location of our servers, everything is in Canadian. Our customers are either Canadians or want to have their sites hosted in Canada. Our principals are also Canadian and we operate under Canadian law. This is important for people looking for services in Canada.

Web hosting is a critical service like your telephone service or your utilities, it must be available 24/7, 365.
We are staffed around the clock to monitor and attend to any outages and we treat every incident with the same urgency as if your house lost power in the middle of winter.

How is your company planning for the future?
Our main focus when we started was in the shared hosting space. We are currently seeing an increased demand for hosted services which require a dedicated server or a VPS solution. In the next 5 years we will be investing more resources to our infrastructure to bring our customers these services.

Here is a story of what we are doing with our customers:
We have customers coming to us needing PCI compliance in order to process credit cards online. The reason they moved to us was because their old host did not and do not want to help them with the PCI scans.When they came to us, we said “Sure how hard can it be, right?”
Boy, I couldn’t have been anymore wrong. We figured that once we passed one, we can use that as a template for future compliance scans. Well it turns out that every PCI scanning company is different, and passing one does not mean you will pass another. To make a story short, we took on every PCI scan and have made each of them compliant. Some took a few scans; some took much more, but we
stuck with it and now they are happy customers. Oh, and this is all done free of charge.
How do you support your customers?
We provide the support services to all customers whether they are on our lowest plans to the premium ones. Customers can call us toll free 24/7 365 days a year and they will reach a human voice even at 3am in the morning. Email and web based live chat are other options. We have highly, motivated technical support people that will tend to our customers’ varying issues.
