What unique selling points do you offer?
We believe in putting the customers first. The strength in web hosting is customer service and technical support. We understand the needs of today’s businesses and we are here every step of the way to help them for their every day hosting needs. We offer our customers multiple ways of contacting us as well dedicated teams for every aspect of the business. We are also very flexible and offer the exact solution for any business demands. We work with the customer to make sure he gets exactly what he needs at the most competitive prices on the market. Describe the services you offer?
We concentrate on offering Dedicated Servers for any and every business/personal needs. We range from the low end $39 servers to complex virtualization clusters starting at $699. Our top selling products are servers in the $150 to $299 price range as those reflect the budget of the majority of our customers. Something we offer which is very rare in the servers market is a FREE KVM over IP in all our regular server offerings. We also offer Shared Hosting as part of an All Inclusive package in both Linux and Windows flavors and Domain Registration.
Describe your target market?
Our primary market is the small to medium sized businesses for our dedicated servers products. We also deal with personal customers on the lower end solutions like shared hosting.
How is your company planning for the future?
We have had a steady growth for the past 7 years. We are continuously doing research and development to offer you customers the cream of today’s technology for their businesses. Every new technology we can implement for our customers will be offered in a timely fashion. We stay updated with today’s trend and plan for the future in the hosting industry.

As said in section 2, we offer a FREE KVM over IP solution on all our regular server offerings which is not seen much at other providers. We also offer our customers extensive support even though our servers are unmanaged; we are here to help our customers and strive to offer the best customer service. We provide true 24/7 support via phone, chat, email and ticketing system. We have an extensive knowledge base with many very helpful articles, flash tutorials, well documented manuals and much more. Our customers benefit from multiple ways of getting help and support for their servers or shared hosting accounts. We are always within reach for our customers. We also offer flexible support for our unmanaged servers, if a customer needs help, we will do everything in our power to help him even though his services might be unmanaged.
