With Astute Hosting, you can feel assured that technology is on your side.
Located in Vancouver, B.C., we were founded in April of 2007 in response to a growing demand for advanced Internet infrastructure configurations and custom designed solutions. We are not a reseller and we own 100% of all of our equipment.
What unique selling points do you offer?
We specialize in Customized Solutions, direct Tier 3 Support, and are located in Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
Describe the services you offer?
Dedicated Hosting, Co-location, CDN, BGP Anycasted DNS, and DDoS Mitigation.
Describe your target market?
Tech savvy sysadmins who know what they're doing. We make sense if they have specialized requirements, don't have a large enough footprint to benefit from economies of scale, or required advanced networking services.
How is your company planning for the future?
We are actively looking to expand to other locations. We opened up a presence in Los Angeles in August of 2009, and are considering Seattle, New York, Toronto, Miami, and Hong Kong. Once we have the geographical reach, we will be introducing Cloud computing services focused on a geographically distributed approach.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
We are very cost-effective for customized configurations, high end hardware, and advanced solutions, and offer some of the most competitive pricing to be found in Vancouver, and all of Canada.
How do you support your customers?
We are a team of developers and engineers, and support is provided by the very people designing and maintaining the solutions our customers use. No hassle, and no escalation necessary to talk to the experts. Our staff have experience in prominent positions at some of the industry's largest players, and have worked with Internet giants like YouTube, Plentyoffish, and Wordpress.
